1. Refund Amount (PayPal Fee Deduction)

When a refund is issued, we will refund the exact, full amount that Audio Wizard received from the transaction.

• Please Note: Our payment processor, PayPal, charges a non-refundable merchant transaction fee of approximately 3%. PayPal does not return this fee to us when a refund is processed.

• Therefore, your final refund amount will be your original purchase price minus the ~3% PayPal processing fee.

2. License Deactivation

Dirac Live is digital software. When you request a refund, we will notify Dirac to revoke your license.

• Upon approval of your refund, your Dirac Live license key will be disabled.

• The software will immediately cease to function on your computer and connected audio devices.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return within the 30-day window, please follow these steps:

• Email us at refund@audiowizard.co.uk

• Include your Invoice Number

• Include the email address of your Dirac account username tied to the purchase

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will verify your purchase and initiate the license deactivation. Your refund (minus the PayPal fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on PayPal’s processing times.
